In CA, CO, and WA they offer coverage for special events, with liability extended from the homeowner's policy. Liquor is excluded. I would venture a guess it's that way elsewhere too.
State Farm does not write Liquor (Dram Shop Liability). What homeowner companies write is a "host" liquor liability coverage, for a party in your home. It's not meant to cover business establishments who charge for alcoholic beverages.
nope, no liquor liability in any state I have seen. Not sure if this is "silent" or specifically excluded as they use their own form (non-ISO) in my state.
