blood flowing, endorphins flowin - as stupid as it seems but smiling at yourself in the mirror for 15 sec actually forces endorphins into your system.

My best advice, work out.

Hike, ski, run...do something physical.

I recommend martial arts. There is something about being being punched in the face and hitting back (all likely restrained of course) that is strangely cathartic.

Yep, nothing like a good punch in the face. It could be like hitting your thumb with a hammer to make you forget about a toothache.
