Stent 13 Months Ago

I figured I might as well shop my case on here too. I have a 59 yr old male, NS, good ht/wt, had 2 stents put in within the last 3 or 4 yrs. The most recent was 13 months ago. He is also on 46 units of insulin. did not start taking insulin until he was older than 50. He had a bypass 6 years ago, which I don't think matters. He is on meds for hbp, diabetes, cholesterol and his heart pill, I don't remember what it was but it was only 1.. He has 5K with Colonial that he just purchased within the last 12 months paying $30 or $35 per month. :GEEK: Thank you. Thank you.

PS I am looking for immediate coverage.

Oh, your "PS" said you were looking for immediate coverage

American Memorial will take him at Standard rates with 1st day coverage.

I've written people that had stents last month with them. And insulin is no problem as long as they started after age 40.

Someone else mentioned them in a pm too. What would his rate be for 5k at age 59? I don't really want to get another FE contract just for one case. I may just pass this one on to you.

It's $38.22 with day 1 coverage.

I just sent contracting to an agent/friend of mine in your area yesterday. You don't have to be contracted to write the deal. AmMem prefers you write your 1st deal before you contract.

They pay good commissions and renewals go forever which is great for a 59 year old.

I can send you all the stuff if you want it...or I'll write the deal and send you a big Easter Basket. Your choice.

I am reporting your post for trying to recruit me...

Do you have my email to send me the contracting and forms? I don't know if he will go for that price since he is already a year into his coverage but I will see. I'm not sure if colonial is a 2 or 3 yr wait.

Oh my... a real life ins salesman could get this guy over that hurdle in a jiffy... A medicare man, maybe not. Come-on SAI, buck up here and take control of this client and impose your will upon his being and pull him over the finish line so that he can have some of that IN-Surance...

If he has one or two more yrs before he has REAL life ins, what happens to his remains if he croaks in that time span...? Who in his family does he not like so much that he is willing to stick them with that bill for burying his dead-azz...?

Besides, that little baby surely needs a new pair of shoes about now, doesn't she...? Go Get-R-Done ole Bud!!!

Tell him you talked to an agent-friend of yours (me), who told you about his very first client (this is a true story I use on every appointment).

Norm's dad, who lives in Wildwood, Georgia, had taken out a Colonial Penn policy and told his two sons the funeral has been taken care of.

Naturally, he died suddenly from a stroke after 11 months of having the policy. The kids, trusting their Dad to make the financially-prudent decision, expected to get a death benefit of $5,000.00.

Instead, they only got $500.00.

Now, tell me this, Mr. Prospect, can anyone get buried for $500.00? Of course not -- but not only that, the kids had to go into debt another $7000.00 -- to pay of the balance of the funeral.

My question to you is this -- why would you take that chance... of hoping nothing sudden and unexpected happens over the 11 months... when you can get total peace of mind -- immediately -- right here, right now?"

I wouldn't see why he wouldn't do it but some of these duals are stingy with every dollar. Plus I'm not sure if he will want to take a physical and pee in the cup to change his insurance.....Kidding of course.
Daddy needs a new car. The baby has more money in savings than I do so she can buy her own shoes. ;)

Just tell him this is why your customers appreciate the full service approach that SAI takes, because he holds the cup for them... :goofy:

That ain't even the worst of it. He's doing it on non-med applications too.
