Excellent, love to see it. I hope many of them retire before we vote them out. Just get out.
My wish is that most of these treasonous asses get outa office, and good ol folks like us, happen to catch them in alleyway one of these days. I'd love to whoop me some congressman ass!!

I am not done following Stupak yet. Obama promised him something, it is just a matter of time until we find out.

I'm with you on Stupak, Winter - I think there was a backroom deal. Obama's EO was just a cover. That's the only explanation for how a guy who obviously should know the EO is worthless could do what he did. I can guarantee you if it's anything that has to go through the Senate, Stupak is toast.
I think a lot of Stupak's dilemma was a direct result of Brown's win. He never intended to block the bill. Stupak figured he could play hardball and send the bill back through the Senate with his amendment. OOPS. So suddenly he finds himself out on a limb with no ladder. I'm sure he tried to get a change in the reconciliation bill, but I'm sure they concluded it would need 60, not 51 - no dice.
A high-stakes game of political "chicken" and he swerved right into the oncoming truck.

Stupak is getting hammered from both sides here in MI. One of the accusations is he sold out for some airport improvements in his district. The other is obama promised to appoint him to something.
