Suggestion - Increase Post Counts

I'd like to suggest that both the PM and Signature Link features (and any active links) have a post count of at least 100 posts. There are too many people posting stupid things like "thnxxx for info" to get to the lower post count thresholds.

Not a bad idea but then we probably just get more of those stupid posts.
