On the other hand PMs should be allowed or at least reply to PMs should be allowed. I have had to post stupid messages so I can at least reply to people's PMs. Maybe others are doing it for same reason.

I think the rule is to deter spammers from PMing us. Just add an email address to your post.

I understand that, however "replies to PMs" cannot be spam, that was my point.
