Most are not solving major problems. Doc is writing a subscription for Tamiflu/penicillin or telling you to go to the ER. No narcotics. I had a client call with stomach issues and get sent to ER because they were showing signs of heart attack. End up of saving his life.

It's not meant to solve major problems. Just for minor issues, like having a cold, a rash, etc.

If the problem persists or becomes worse, then a doctor visit is in order.

Better tools will come out (cameras, tools for the throat, etc.) that you'll keep at home that'll allow the tele-doc to see what's going on (maybe even control) in addition to you telling the tele-doc.
