Telesales Final Expense

What's hilarious about EVERY final expense telesales company is they ALL somehow claim to be #1 in final expense telesales, or that they are the largest final expense company, or how they are the fastest growing final expense telesales agency.

They all say it for some reason. It's nuts.

Every IMO says that.

Everyone presents their business proposition as the best option. I mean if I sell Silverados, would it be smart of me to tell people they should go buy an F-150?

That's wildly different than claiming you are the largest dealer of Silverados. Saying that would not be clever or confident marketing. It would be a lie.

Yes, but they are not saying they are "the larges"t. Saying you are #1 can mean a lot of things (volume, service, biggest building?) and is considered "puffery" by the courts and not lying.

Saying you're #1 is altogether different than saying you are "The largest volume dealer in the state of Pennsylvania" (which some dealerships here in Philly claim).

Saying you're "#1" and saying you're the largest are too different things. Every IMO thinks they have the best deal in town, but that doesn't make them the largest in their niche.

Most telesales organizations are peanuts compared to an average F2F agency, based on volume.

Someone is...

Also, you can still play a lot of word games with it. "Largest Chevy dealer..." Largest Local Chevy dealer... "Largest Chevy inventory..."

For what it's worth, the #1 final expense telesales company by volume is Colonial Penn. Nobody comes REMOTELY close to them.
