Early in 1994 and 1995 the FE mkt. took off...direct mail was good and cross selling was easy. There are thousands of agents in market now. I also took part in a lead program which no longrer exists because the ad ran its course about 10 years. I have not been able to find a suitable outside lead program. Any tried and tested ideas would be appreciated. 95 % of my business comes from self generated referrals. Closing ratio is great but not the numbers..thanks...
