You did not start out independent, did you? It would be really hard to start independent if you cannot afford $370 for leads. No offense Shawn, I have been there too.

No your right! If you need training then captive is the only way, but if your trained and ready to go, why take a cut in comp so you can have fellowship with other agents?

Agencies recruit on leads and training (trust me I kn ow) but they take half your comp, Id rather take the whole comp and invest in my own business. No leads no training, just me, my client, and more money.

See if you can find a Final Expense agency. They will give you fresh leads and training and it's an easy way to get started.
