Yep, after he moved to the U.S. from his home country of Kenya....we eventually got him. As if we didn't already have enough crooked politicians in Illinois, we had to go and import this one.

...and since we exported him to the rest of the country... IL is now in import/export business for politicians... at least the ones that don't end up going to jail... TO BE CLEAR... that doesn't include all of the ones that should be going to jail..
