What I want to know is why no one is discussing how the $2K OOP is going to drive up drug prices, just like the original Part D legislation.

On the ACA side, I’m a huge fan of keeping the subsidy cliff in zombie status. The cliff was a disaster and screwed over the “middle class”, especially singles and couples without kids. Kind of like IRMAA

I just read an online mainstream news source that refers to the IRS recouping $ by auditing “tax cheats”. With that kind of press, it doesn’t do the small businesses any favors.

Is it a hard-set Senate rule that they can’t show up on the floor to vote if they test positive?

I keep hoping that the moderate NE Dems will vote NO in the House because they failed to get the SALT limit eliminated (again). They are shitted upon at every turn.
