Oh god, titan underwriting letters. I used to get them EVERY DAY. It's like they pick policies at random to "audit" and claim the VIN is wrong. Thank god a lot of them were vehicles i sold at my dealership, those that i didn't i could pull on my dmv software, otherwise i would never be able to track them all down.
no joke, last November I wrote 20 NY titan policies and 5 PA, every single NY policy they claimed had the wrong VIN. Even after I sent them a copy of the registration. freaking stupid people.
