I have had a couple insured since 1999. The other day I contacted them about additional coverage. They told me to see them in July. I just called and she told me that they had bought from Lincoln Heritage because it sounded like a good deal.

$4000 age 78 female level $52.04
$4000 age 81 male modified $83.80

I can beat her rate but not his. Does anyone know LH rates to verify his premium? It is lower than anything I have. This is in Florida.

Why is he at a modified rate?

Is he a smoker?

You need more companies if you can't beat LH.

What is wrong with his health?

I use FEXQuotes and I can beat LH on her, but I don't see a rate lower than LH on him. He uses oxygen, has uncontrolled diabetes and has had recent heart surgery. He is definitely a modified risk. I think the agent sold him a level product and told them that it would not pay if he died the first 2 years. I cannot believe LH has a modified product that is less expensive than anyone else. Does anyone have their rates?

My gut says that the Lincoln Heritage agent sold him a plan based on preferred rates, but told him it would not pay the death claim if he dies within the first two years.

I see it done all the time with Lincoln Heritage agents.
