I think she should first look for a profession. I have a niece who has an engineering degree and she would probably figure out all the little tricky ways to get the fish to hook themselves and self enroll. I am not saying she is a nerd but the right nerd could probably sell insurance without talking to people. My brother slowly worked his way through his college degree 17 years to become a teacher.
