What I found interesting (okay, maybe not interesting) is that they use a very boring marketing piece to state the case for not using a boring marketing piece.

No proof points
No testimonials (beyond their own)
No sale

Yet I link my insurance site for SEO not for sales to members of this fourm. I am not trying to sell anything nor induce people thru my postings. As for my political blog, again, not selling anything other than my point of view. I make $0 from it, other than trying to influence people to the right side and maybe get my taxes lowered!!!

Actually I find your political blog quite good. But as to whether posters offer products or not initially in the general rooms; I am ambivalent. Most of us dont go to the offers section daily so as a result they post here. Harmless as long as it doesnt become a habit.

After actually watching that horseshit for the first time, I completely take back my animosity towards your post. By all means keep advertising, or advertise more...do anything else you can and hopefully it will be enough to kill the pain of what I just witnessed.
