This Man's $600,000 Facebook Disaster Is A Warning For All Small Businesses

After reading that article, I don't feel so bad now. I only lost a couple hundred bucks before figuring out they were ripping me off.

But losing 600K? wow!

Hated seeing that FB's ad revenue went up 63% last quarter. I guess it's going to take a class action lawsuit to stop them.

Don't feel too bad for him as he did get some traffic from it and according to the article he hasn't paid and Facebook hasn't collected.
 
So you're saying write-offs may bring that revenue figure back down to earth?

Funny how the real world works.... just because you have billed the expense doesnt mean you will ever see the money! Especially if you provide a shoddy service!


I would guess that FB ad revenue number is much like the Obamacare enrollment numbers... mostly unpaid invoices
