TN Rules Regarding "Senior" Designations

The state of Tennessee has a new rule with respect to senior-specific designations in life insurance and annuities that will become effective January 9, 2017.
The new rule establishes standards for and prohibited use of senior-specific certifications and professional designations by an insurance producer in the sale of a life insurance or annuity product.
