I tried backlink checker and couldn't see any of the backlinks. Maybe too new. Maybe the site is less than a few months old.

Yahoo killed yse like a month ago, no more yahoo services. Most of that stuff used yahoo.

these types of websites do pop out, but they are hitting hard by google in the near future, so it just doesn't worth it

The near future has been coming immediately for the last 10 years.
Every time there is a "prevention" method, new gaming method is created as an unintended consequence almost immediately, because they just made something else the "most important" thing to do.
They're basically just playing wack a mole.

For every site that gets called out there are a few hundred to a few thousand that aren't. It helps if the folks over at seomoz don't do write-ups about your site.

How do you recognize whether a site is spam site? And explain the definition of "spam site". I don't understand what you mean under these words... there is no definition in any dictionary or in the wiki ..
