Top Women Producers in FE?

I know the agent I set for did extremely well in final expense. I dont know her exact numbers but I keep a client birthday list and in just under 5 years it has over 1100 names on it. They were added to the list at time of sale and we didnt pull out any of those that didnt pay and were chargebacks but she made a pretty great living, and she just hit age 30! The last 2.5 years were part time as well. Worked hard young so she can spend loads of time with her kids

Hello - this is the one I was asking about
Do you know which insurance agency she worked for?

Well my better-half started out selling MP in 2003 and after the housing crash in 2008 switched to FE. She averages over 300 policies a year in FE. She is constantly in the top 5 for the carrier...and was #1 last month.

She does use a driver since some of the areas are on the other side of tracks and 2 agents is safer than 1.

It's sort of "pay as you learn" job for the driver. She hires women to drive, assist with paperwork as well as completing the apps in the house, while their studying to pass their life license and learning the business. She also uses saving on the drive time to pound the phones...why waste time behind the wheel when you use the time effectively.

Women can excel in the FE marketplace...but really need to be careful.

Not passing any judgement, but I would not want my wife going into some of the houses I've been in. This is also why many of the leaders in telesales are women.

I also think the area an agent works has a lot to due with that as well.. even though I live near (30 miles) a big city the agent I worked for never worked the city itself more suburbs and semi rural area.

She works the Spanish market exclusively and she claims the homes are usually clearer, more checking accounts and calls them to open the door before she even gets out of the car. I also feel better with her not being alone.
