I know of a LH female agent, doing 500K or higher in FE. I'd say she's the highest producing female agent, since she's at 100% commission ( sad that is all shes at ) compared to other female agents producing at lower commission schedules.

I think it's great to hear of such success stories. I would be nervous going into some of these homes as a female though. 99% of the time it's fine but there's always the 1%. Well wait this is FE.....let's say 15%....where I would consider it unsafe.

The agent I worked for was a woman (I was the appointment setter) She was very successful! She thought it was easier to get into the door. There were a few that I found to be creepy that we avoided , found out one was a child sex offender when I was searching for a number. Tossed that. She has now switched over to 403b retirement plans and is in the schools now but she didn't switch due to safety reasons this area is oversaturated right now.

That's good that you were able to screen out the weirdos. No telling what you might have saved her from.

Some of the neighborhoods perhaps.. but statistically speaking, based on the public tables, very few crimes occur in the over 60 age brackets.
Not possible.. The only person to ever do $500K in premium is a man and a member of this forum.
