Did you own the vehicle free and clear of license? You mailed the title, figure 5 days to receive. Once received figure a day or 2 to process. Once processed figure 5 days to receive check in mail. Call the claims contact and ask if the check was mailed. They should have a process date

Yes I owned the vehicle.I was given the choice to use UPS with a label to send the title in or use USPS(US Mail). I had to use US Mail because my car is totaled and the UPS Store was a bus ride away, so I chose US Mail.I think that may have slowed up things..I just feel abandoned, not knowing how it works helps explain the time involved.

Agree with Fed Up, the best way to find out when you will get paid is to call up the adjuster and ask.
