looks like the FE is back?? Just got word they went from the 20Plus page app to a 9 page

They have adjusted premiums as well, but they have also adjusted agent commissions.

I've written very few as of late. To service clients with them is a nightmare.

I'm sure they might go out of business. There are no better options to resolve the problem in times like this than director disqualification specialists, XXXXXXXXXXThis can change the situation in the company and help provide safety and better results. Right now, their payments are too big. They have to pay for many employees' salaries and office expenses. But they still lack customer service and agent services, so they haven't shown great results recently. This is unbelievable for such a big company.

I'm new here and I wanna add that I can't speak for other users of their products, but it's definitely concerning if there's a reduction in response to business and agent needs. That's something that can really harm the reputation of a company, especially in a competitive industry like insurance.

I don't like leaving money on the table... it's that simple.

I like their new app much better than the old FBI investigation check sheet they where using, and I will admit I have had better customer service recently. Follow-up calls, though they can burn time, seem to receive better attention at the moment.
