Trying to service a client on the go today so called Trans but didn't have policy number... but that's ok right, cause I'm the agent.

Apparently no, its not, and they wouldn't assist in helping me look it up.

At the moment, frustrated.

This company continues to prove they are incapable of properly serving agents. :arghh:
 
I sold a client a 10YLT policy and the initial rate guarantee expired this month. I called to get the new premium and was told that since my agent number that was active then was not active now so they would not talk to me even though I have an active agent number now. I told the client and she said she would stop the draft. Then I get an e-mail from Transamerica asking for help to conserve the policy. I called again to get info and was told no again. They want me to help save the policy, but won't tell me anything about it.

Reasons not to drop much fruit into that basket. I will work not to put business their direction until they can get things squared.

I hope they read some of these threads. Anyone who knows someone at a leadership level should have them log on here and take a gander.
