True up question

This was from LAST years commissions. I moved them during AEP of 2023 for a 1/1/2024 start date. I was paid $305 on the 3 that I moved in January 2024. Is there any chance that Aetna would have paid me the $306 in December of 2023? Their statements only go back to Jan 2024. I would need to order Nov and Dec 2023 statements to see if they were on there. Just seems odd that they would pay me prior to Jan 2024?

Oh ok you're talking about last yr . No you wouldn't not have been paid true up in dec 2023 for 1/1/24 plans . I hate screwing with Aetna on commissions . Any commission problems is send threw my fmo to hunt them down .

So I just heard back from their commissions dept. I was paid $306 on 12/17/2023 for initial payment and then the true up amount of $305 was paid on 1/15/2024. Seemed odd that they would pay me initial in Dec 2023 for plans that started on 1/1/2024

That's weird . With me that's always been paid out on 1/1 . Well you got paid . I've never found a mistake on trueups . All that true up info is send from cms to the carriers

Where do you get $1000 for admin overrides? About $250 override on the mapd and maybe $200-$300 total soft money "marketing" on the marketing . What other payments are you including ?

I've been very privy to much of the total comp out there . I don't believe there's anywhere near $1000 of admin fees and soft money per plan . I can see $250-$300 per plan overrides and possibly $300-$400 max max soft marketing money . What you're not saying is those organizations doing the massive apps are call centers with atrocious persistency . There all losing money and the carriers aren't making squat off them
