UHC One Direct Enrollment

My UHC one portal is getting stuck on connecting to the marketplace...a small blue circle graphic keeps spinning and never connects.
 
I started a thread about this a week ago. Certain applications for no reason will not get sent back to UHO site. Doesn't matter your brower or cache. I've only experienced this with them.
 
I tried the google browser and still just keeps spinning and not connecting to MP

I've done 25 exchange apps with UHC without a problem, maybe it's time to call UHC support and ask them for help if you haven't already.

I had a problem with the Coventry application site for Georgia and it was a licensing problem on their end, it took 10 days and 6 phone calls but I was finally able to get it resolved, your problem isn't going to get resolved unless you aggressively go after help from the carrier.
 
I had the same issue 3 times, on different days. You aren't imagining it.

Either go to direct to hc.gov or pivot to Sherpa.
