Umbrella Policy ?

I am trying to get this new account. I have four apartment properties on a package. The apartments are owned by a trust. There is also a home (single family home) owned by the trust that is covered on the previous/current policies umbrella, that was included with the other properties on the umbrella. My program will not do that. Any ideas on where I could go to get an umbrella policy for four commercial (apartments) and one personal (single family home) policy covered under the umbrella policy???

Where is the risk located?
Depends on how many units total in the apartment complexes. Personalumbrella.com will do up to 30 units.

Anderson and Murison has a BIG Umbrella program that will combine personal and commercial for accounts in California and they will cover up to 55 units.

If you have to split the accounts and go commercial and personal... get the commercial umbrella through Chubb and the PL umbrella with the PL carrier. I write a lot of apartments and Chubb has had the best stand alone umbrella rates by a significant margin in my area.
