It's not a technicality. Aetna bought the ACI business from Genworth. I can't see how Genworth would have any say in your contracting with Aetna.

Well, now that I think about it....

I still have all the same phone numbers and contact info for them in the FE division. They are all the same people etc.

When my upline got terminated I called them back and they got me re set up at a very good contract. I wrote 2 or 3 new policies without a hitch. Then about ten days ago I went to call in an application and they said I had been terminated again. I was told the wrong people made the decision to re instate me. They say I have to wait until march of 2013.
