Using Offshore Callcenters for Leads

I used a popular insurance appointment setter that I would not recommend. The appointments were sporadic at best and there was no consistency. Their callers were based off shore!!:goofy:
 
I have known some agents that used some appointments setters for senior market and there call centers were offshore.

Half of the app they set the people didn't know what the appointment was for. They couldn't understand the person on the phone.

What I want to know is why in the world would someone agree to an appointment when they didn't know what it was for.....People always amaze me!
 
From my experience, Callcenters out of the Philippines do fairly well and have almost undetectable accents. In fact, when I was inquiring with the company, I didn't believe him when he told me he was from the Philippines until he spoke to me in Tagalog.

I haven't personally worked with any out of India, so I wouldn't be able to speak to their quality.
 
I can't stand when someone calls me from outside of the USA and can't even say my name correctly or speak English correctly. Also they really don't understand what you are saying back to them.
