I highly dislike calling Dell Support. Big language barrier. Enough said.
I had that once with either Dell or HP. I could tell it was a VOIP (voice over IP or internet) call. I could also tell it was a non American voice. I asked to speak to someone in the United States and they switched me back over to the U.S.. This is after the offshore people were clueless. In two minutes, the American kid answer my question.
