Most of the generic Viagra (Sildenafil) is made by Ranbaxy in India. Ranbaxy makes a lot of generic med's for US companies as well as knock-offs such as "generic" Viagra, Levitra, Cialis, etc.
If the patent owner has not licensed a manufacturer to produce the drug you might want to be careful. Pfizer licensed Ranbaxy to product Atorvastatin (generic Lipitor) as the only approved manufacturer for the first 6 months or so after it went generic. Other companies have done likewise.
As for Viagra, you can pay $21/pill or $11 for brand names from BlueSky, depending on where it is made.
My wife uses Restasis eye drops. She can get 3 boxes for $419 if mfg in the US or $155 if mfg in the US but shipped to Turkey. Both are brand name. The ones that come from Turkey take a little longer to get here and have a label that indicates they were made in the US then shipped to Turkey for resale.
