Flip video. Period. Easy. Easy. Easy. $150 for the starter video cam. Plugs directly into pc/laptop. Oh, and Windows Movie Maker is free, and very easy to use if you need to edit.

I bought a flip camcorder to do some insurance videos. I haven't done one yet (but I did take some really cute videos of my 4 year-old playing the guitar.)

The camera works very well. It is about the size of a pack of cards. I recommend it also.
