They are below enrollment projection? I thought I read the "goal" was 800k, which they've obliterated.

The data hub was down a little while ago but I just processed one 5 minutes ago and it was working again.
Hmmm..... what reason do you put for the application ? Open enrollment or something else ? I was able to complete the app but it wouldn't let me enroll the client in a plan. I wonder if I should not have picked open enrollment. Should I pull the app and start over ? Uggghhh...
Update: The only thing it'll let me do is report a change. I click on the two boxes, I type in the electronic signature and then put in the pin. This is all it says:

I can click on view submitted application or done. That's it. Is this a glitch or did I do something wrong ? Off exchange is so much better.
There are two issues:
Yes, you should have used "open enrollment." This is per the CC guidance email of Monday night.
Second, it sounds like you're still having trouble connecting. It did the same thing for me for about 20 minutes, then eventually worked.
I did use open enrollment. I have other apps to put in but I'm afraid of the same thing happening. Arrgghhh.....
Try resubmitting the application. I have had the same problem before. That's all coveredCA reps do anyway when theirs a problem haha.
How do I "resubmit" ? Do I start a brand new one ?
