On average what are the number of quotes/leads that multi line P&C agents are getting from their websites. and how are they coming across your website are they searching for insurance in your area or is it from an advertisement or word of mouth. Thinking about tweeking my website and I just wanted to know what the ROI could be.

I would say average is 2-5 quotes a week + the same amount of phone calls is usually what most get. 90% of the traffic from sites that I've worked with is from search engines. The other 10% is usually other websites/directories. If they have blogs, sometimes they'll generate leads from there too.

Yes - on average. It can be a lot higher depending how much the agent is promoting his site.
