Over the past two years of running my little firm I haven't had a need for a website. However, now that I'm at the point of expanding my brand and actually building my business beyond referrals I'm thinking of putting one up. I've found the specific regulations for my state (GA) and can implement them without a problem. The primary question I have, since the majority of my clients are spread out around the country, is whether or not I need to adhere to each state's regulations individually or just the state where I have a resident license?
