What Are Your Most Difficult Daily Tasks?

I'm working on some research for software development that will eliminate some of the most PAINFUL tasks we all face as agents. I'm not looking to change your main agency software tools like QQWebrater or your agency infrastructure, but instead I'm looking to build a simple web/phone application that will speed up and simplify a daily task that you find painful and burdensome.


My 3 questions to you are the following:



1. What is the daily task that you find most difficult/time consuming to do every day?



2. Would you like a customized software program that would solve this difficult task?



3. Is there software you have searched for to help with these tasks that you have not been able to find?

2. Yes...but i'd prefer to pay no more than 10 bucks a year

For example in my office the CSR spend alot of time searching for files, images, drivers license they took a picture of and need to upload it to the different companies system. I would love to have an app that would automaticlly upload the images that the CRS took to a web/online app. Using some sort of recognition technology it would sort it by the customer names. The app would also allow tagging of pictures with the customers name. Any one in the agency would be able to access the web app and save the photos to their computers.
