What carriers in Nov 2018 do not ask about weight, besides TA?

Ask to see her ID, I often find a lower weight on a drivers lic. and use that... :yes:... that's my sharp pencil...

May be asking for a rescission if something happens using that method. Her license may have been issued 8 years prior when she was 240, but if she went to the doctor in the past year and weighed in at 300 that death benefit is probably not getting paid out.

Unless it is a very recent DR. visit, it probably would be hard to uphold the rescission. Some people weight is like a yo-yo and a person that heavy could easily lose 30-40 pounds in a couple of months. However, even though an agent might get away with it, I wouldn't advise it.. It is a matter of doing as Todd says, "The right thing"..
