It would still be a 95% chargeback so whats the differbce?
Let me throw in my 2 cents, for what its worh.
I'm in NY, my main company is Foresters, they have the best rates,
for smokers I go with Columbian, since they dont charge extra for smokers in NY, I contracted direct with Columbian to get maximum commision.
For graded no one beats Vantis on price, so I go with Vantis.
