What Do You Drive?

YOUr personal look matters more than what you drive. IM 28, some folks wont buy from me, cuss my looks look like im 18. They think Im dumm...and too young to be doing this....other than that, drive wat ever, just make it to the appointment or the office on time....they would be mad if you didnt....then again, don't dress up in fancy expensive proffessional clothes, most people are average folks and they feel intimidated if you do so. Heck, you can even take the city bus or trains... :)

Until mid-June, I had a '08 Chevy Impala. But I was rearended on the way to an insureds house and it was a total. Now I have a '10 Toyota Camry. I like it much better than the Impala. But those are company cars.

When we got 14" of snow this winter and I couldn't get the company car out of the shop, I drove my personal vehicle: 2006 Dodge 3500 4x4 Cummins diesel. But it's Oklahoma, so we all have big redneck diesels. LOL

I am just a lowly support staff but wouldn't trade my 09 Ford Fusion for anything!!!!!!! And my DH has a 2002 F150 with over 200K miles on it. Ford all the way!!!!!

I agree it matters what you drive. I've had peeps approach me in the past trying to get me to sell their snake oil and I see them drive away in a heap - and I'm thinking why would I be interested in doing that.

I love my 07 Honda Accord - two door with all the extras except the nav which I already had - great on mileage - and it's paid for!

I am 61, so I've had lots of cars. I have always thought what you drive is important. Nice, but not too flashy. I had a Lincoln Continental once. Very nice ride, but a little too much show for some clients I think. I currently drive a 2008 Toyota Avalon Touring, and I like it as much as the Lincoln, but it doesn't come across as flashy. I'll probably drive it until it falls to the ground, then sweep it up and drive it some more. It's probably the best choice I've made in a car purchase since my 1968 Mustang Fastback with a high performance 390 Cubic inch V-8 @ 425 HP when I was 19. Now that was a real car!:D

I have added a 2005 Lexus ES330 to my fleet. My wife will drive it mostly and it will be our long distance traveler. I have got to get rid of a car. I currently have four. I guess my 2004 GMC Envoy will go.
