What does No Redirect mean?

I just did an enrollment on health sharpa they sent me to healthcare.gov then after I got the subsidy amount it sent me to healh sherpa. This was for a client that had a subsidy for the last two years.

I'm sure it would have been just as fast for me going on Healthcare. gov. and getting it done for free. I thought no re-direct meant I don't have to go through healthcare.gov?

What does it mean

No redirect means you don't need to go to healthcare.gov that feature will be rolled out in the next couple days. you are not supposed to be logging into the customer's healthcare.gov account

I never log into their account they do it and I assist from there.
