What is Your Day Like ?

Just started in FE and I am wondering what your day is really like? Do you door knock your leads ? Try to set appointments on the phone? How much does a good agent write monthly?

I start out deciding if I am going to put on flip flops or going Ah natural. If I do not have any quotes to do or get any incoming calls to quote I make client calls. That usually will generate something.

Depends on the day (obviously). Appointment setting day goes like this:

8:00am call all the lead cards that I have to make appointments for the next day or the one after that.....never any further out than that. I am done when I have at least 10 appointments set. After that, golf or work around the house.

In the field day goes like this:

9am first appointment. Every hour to hour and a half until I'm done. Usually 7pm ish.

In the field 2 days a week and appointment setting 2 days.....rinse, repeat. Set an AP goal every week and don't stop until you hit it.

I go to appointments my appointment setter sets the night before, or go door-knock starting at 9:00-10:00AM.

Other than the flip flops, That is a real answer. I normally have quotes to do. My phone rings through out the day. If I get low on quotes and apps to write I make client calls. I am trying to go out to meetings a couple times per week. I get dressed in my big boy clothes for that. I write both F2F and by mail/email.

I normally put on the flip flops to go get the mail.

Wake up at 11am.. Make breakfast.

Sit down eat breakfast/watch tv 12pm

Clean up my mess 12:15

Watch a netflix tv series episode 1:15pm


Go check on the dogs.. play with them feed them ect. 3:15

Take a nap- 4:15

Go turn on the computer- 4:20

Make lunch/ Linner, sit down and eat- 5:20

Clean up my mess: 5:35

Log into computer- 5:40

Check email-5:45.

Quiting Time.




Naw but seriously, I try to work 6-8 hours mon-friday(Sometimes 2-4 hours on sat) no matter what it consists of. Calling/administrative work/ picking my nose.
