Bob...you're essentially correct although I disagree about the "cheap health insurance" term. I won't discuss specifics but the term can be lucrative if you promote it the right way. But it takes a lot of writing, tweaking and hard work.
It all comes down to whether you want 1 lead per day, 10 leads per day, 25 leads per day or 250.
