I was curious what most people on here thought it should cost per month for a good CRM tailored to the insurance industry. Hopefully one with a built in email to use and recieve leads and auto import them to your contacts.

Thanks in advance.

I use YIO to put my sold clients into, but I use Oprius.com to do follow-up, import list of customers into, sync with Outlook, and I can use it with my Blackberry. The YIO will not import mailing list. Both have the email feature you are looking for.

One feature I like about the Oprius CRM is the appt. reminder feature. It will send a reminder to your cell phone when you have an upcoming appt. or a task that needs to be completed. It is $14.99 a month and worth every penny. They have a 14 day free trial so check it out yourself.

Knowing what I know now, I would simply use Outlook for contacts and Oprius for follow-up.

Just my opinion..

I use Aliss. Its $60 per month. It is a great tool for keeping tack of leads and follow up and client management. I wish it were cheaper.

I am looking around to see if there is a better option. VaDwayne thanks for the tip I will check out Opious.

Oh, and did you know the link in your profile is not working? Do you still have a site?

agencyiq, radiusbob, leads360, YIO all are good options. IMO you should check them all out to compare features.

Had a taste of our own medicine this weekend...Was looking for product price points on the internet and each supplier didn't actually list prices but asked for the buyer to contact them for pricing. Kind of annoying then we realized that we were doing the exact same thing during Beta...Not listing plan prices (kind of annoying). We are still in Beta but you can now see the level(s) of plan pricing...

Use us or someone else, like anything one does in the buying process;
Figure out why you need it (feature set wise)?
How you are going to use it?
How it is going to help you?
And how is it going to enhance the bottom line?
The worst approach is to rush into something, pour a number of dollars and time into it and let it sit there on the shelf (or on your dock) and not use it. See what works best with how you operate, different strokes for different folks.

Plan Pricing:
Agent = $24/month (1 user)
Broker = $99/month (Up to 5 Users)
Agency = $192/month (Up to 10 Users)
FMO = $384/month (Up to 20 Users)
Captive = $960/month (Up to 50 Users)

Is anyone using Leads360?

I was very impressed with thier online website and all the bells and whistles of thier software and lead intergration. However I do not like the price. It is $100 per month after the 30 day free trial!

Radiusbob can you comment on the good and the bad of your sytem compared to leads 360 or Aliss from E-financial? (I would really like to import health leads from different websites)

Beyond what Leads360 and Aliss show on their website, we can't speak specifically feature set versus feature set...We think what sets us apart is the fact that we look at it from a Book of Business management perspectives versus just leads or just clients (Radius is built specifically for Insurance Agents). Leads eventually become Clients and Clients can be up sold, but why have separate systems? Once they are in your book, lets keep them there within the same solution. We don't want to be Leads360, Salesforce.com or ACT, we want Radius to be something an agent enjoys working within versus finding it a hassle.

Our approach is less is more, we are never going to have the largest amount of features as we know that 90% of users only use 10% of the features (and vice versa). We don't want to make it harder for an agent to do their job, just focus on writing business. We have actually decided to pull a feature (Email Marketing) because we felt that other solutions out there that focus on this (Constant Contact or Campaign Monitor) do it right and for us to build in this feature takes us in a direction(s) we didn't want to go as it pulls away from our core offering. That being said we are starting early internal conversations about how email(s) sent from an agent to a Lead and Client within Radius can populate in the Notes Section.

What we like about Radius;
Lead and Client Notes Section (Documented Conversation is Key)
Customizable Form / Data Fields (We give you a baseline, change what you see fit)
Import / Export of Existing Leads and Clients (Bring in your book and take it with you if you go)
Popular Tags at Lead and Client level (Define and use to your advantage)
Reports (We love data and think an agent can get great insights into the reports Radius puts out)
Value, Value and Value. For $24/month, we think it is a great value for a solid tool that can help an agent stay on top of their book.

Think we need to get better with Quote Engine Integration. We have developed and are working with a few Health engines but want to expand it even further into other product lines. For those with a downline we want to get tighter around the do's and dont's between agency owner and agent. We have worked a lot to make initial set up easier and continue down that path (currently offering to import a new accounts book of business), but we are working on video tutorials and set up instructions for all parts of the site.

In the end we can stand on this soap box and shout out things out of left field, but suggest you give it a try under the 30 Day Free Trial (most agents know within a couple days if it is a fit). If it doesn't work for you hopefully you can find something else that does.

Does this help? Feel free to ask more questions.

Does radius bob ever have plans to implement a system like leads 360 that will allow leads to come directly into the system directly from the lead vendors?
