I can help you, Rick. I know you're an old fart and probably not to technically savvy. But they have these new things called cell phones and woo-doggy. They sure are useful.
Or you can just forward your office calls to me when you're out of the office.
The insurance genie will grant your wish.....too bad all the calls are from people who are uninsurable.

I just wish that most of the illustrations on life websites would run efficiently on something other than IE. I hate Internet explorer. For some reason after the last update when I open more than 4 tabs/windows it won't load the page. So I have to close a few tabs before I can open a new link or use Firefox which doesn't work well on most insurance portals.
And I really wish the portals would run smoothly on safari on my ipad, then I would never need to carry my laptop. C'mon it's 2013 already.
