I'm sure direct express cards over the past 10-20 yrs crushed the debit business . Those millions would have been debit customers . Debit is great for building a relationship and I have a few like that were I've picked up money if they were late and it's understandable with a 30-40% renewal it's feasible . But it's time consuming and I can write 3-5 times more policy's writing and going than collecting monthly
