What was your response rate during AEP for direct mail?

I mailed out almost 4,900 pieces and received 46 responses. That seems terribly low. How did the rest of you do?

Lucky you. I used Jenmarco for the first time and I have my suspicions about how many they actually mailed. Other agents I have talked to did 2-3x better than I did. Of course Jenmarco won’t prove to me how many they actually mailed.
