I too am not a HUGE producer. However, I am consistent with what i do.

I have never got a letter like that. I imagine it's just a form letter. I can not see how any IMO would release anyone for not ordering leads. Shoot, that makes their override 100% free and clear.

Exactly, just see what happens. No point in worrying about something that may not even come to pass.
 
The call title changed from "Without committing to leads every single week, you're probably just wasting my time and your time". This morning it went to "How to work leads". Maybe they realized how the title could have been taken in the wrong way.
