What's Running Hot For Your Agency?

Just wondering what is running good for your agency in the commercial section right now?

Wholesalers, equipment dealers and the like have been pretty good for us lately.

We've hit a bit of a slide on restaurants which have historically been a solid corner of the market for our outfit.

It depends #1 on what carriers you have.
#2 on what is in your general area.

Of course it is open ended. That's the whole point. I wanted to get some folks to chime in and see what "good" accounts are being written out there. I enjoy hearing about others and what kind of success they are having (as long as they aren't my competition! Ha!).

For example, my last "good" get was a boat dealership that I wrote through EMC (known as Hamilton Mutual to some).

So... As I said, what are you guys/gals having some luck with?

Commercial property, Property Management companies and HOA's.

Suprisingly, In Cali its contractors, and hotels. In Ut its retail and contractors for us.

I've always had good luck with auto repair business/gas stations and HVAC companies.
