What's the Skinny on United Heritage

I've recently been running into a lot of United Heritage in the field. I Was just curious as of how they are on rates, comm., ect. Just looking for a little info. And feedback on them as a company.

They are a good company to work with, not to difficult to get contracted at 110% direct, they recently raised their tobacco rates and lowered NT rates. If you have been running across them I am sure that you have compared rates.

I have written them for years. Been to several of their conventions. Not a price leader, Although they recently dropped most of their rates. Used to write them more. They will become one of my lead FE carriers once the new rates are approved in CA. The current (old) app is easier than many. They pay non contestable claims with notice from the Funeral Director. Usually within 24 hours. No bs fees. As I remember they have some kind of lead financing deal.

The best home office I have ever worked with.

They don't do a very good job of responding to inquiries on their products, whether by email, phone, or contact form.

What do you mean by no bs fees? Do some companies charge bs fees?
