I am new to this forum but cannot find the answers I am looking for. Perhaps someone knows a thread I can view. I am thinking about leaving my captive position as a manager. I love the company but the reality is commissions and renewals are lower than what I now realize is available elsewhere and I am giving more business to friends the past few weeks than I am writing myself due to a limited portfolio. It appears that the promise of stock down the road is not going to outweigh the additional earnings I presently miss out on.
So far I have looked at AIO and am checking out Health Choice Options tomorrow. I would like to have somewhere that I can have agents under me. I will not steal my current agents but recruiting is easy for me and I like to have the option of making overrides.
